About Me

With over 25 years of experience in sales, sales leadership, and operations at the senior management level — including roles with Wells Fargo, Aflac, and Window World — I bring a proven track record of delivering results across multiple industries.

As a sales representative, I consistently achieved a 65% closing ratio, outperforming industry benchmarks. As a sales leader, I’ve built and led high-performing sales teams that not only met but exceeded sales targets, earning national recognition. And as a sales trainer and consultant, I’ve helped business owners optimize their sales processes, increase top-line revenue, and streamline operations — ultimately driving significant improvements in net profit.

What sets me apart is a hands-on, real-world approach. I haven’t written a book, launched a podcast, or given a TED Talk. Instead, I’ve been in the trenches — sitting at thousands of kitchen tables, making the sale or coaching others to close it.
