About
Me
I have 25 years of sales, sales leadership and operations experience at the senior management level with Wells Fargo, Aflac and Window World. As a sales representative, I consistently achieved a 65% closing ratio across multiple companies and industries. As a sales leader, I built and coached highly successful sales teams that consistently met and exceeded sales goals resulting in national recognition. As a sales trainer, I have had success in helping business owners improve their sales process, increase their top line revenue and strengthen their operational efficiency which led to large increases in their net profit.
I firmly believe that the best way to achieve results is a hands on and real world approach. I
have not written a book, hosted a podcast, written a blog or done a Ted Talk. Instead I’ve been
in a thousand homes making sales or coaching others to make a sale. This experience is what
allows me to be successful in helping others to be the best that they can be. It is hard work but
very rewarding. As you will see, I am very passionate and bring a lot of enthusiasm and
